  • I am OBSESSED with human potential. I am a “n of 1” meaning I will dive in first by experimenting with all the cutting edge tech, supplements, and devices (well, as much as I can afford!) in search of improving my health, longevity, and well-being. I love gathering new info and reporting back to my audience!

  • To me, food is edible art and is a medium for expression, connection, and joy.
